Thomas Greek is the Vice President of Learning, Development & Communications for Navy Federal Credit Union.  As such he focuses on leadership and talent development as well as internal communications and messaging for the company.

Thomas has been with Navy Federal since 1998, and in those 18 years has worked in numerous positions including managing a multi-billion dollar credit card portfolio. Thomas studied philosophy at George Mason University. He relocated to Pensacola from Navy Federal’s Headquarters in Vienna, VA and quickly acclimated to his new home.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Escambia County Public School Foundation. He also provides operational support for Achieve Escambia, a collective United Way effort to focus on education in our county.  Thomas is a Leadership Pensacola graduate.
